Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC (born March 4 1954), is a Canadian-American actress and comedian. O'Hara has been the recipient of numerous awards which include an award from the Genie Award and a Golden Globe Award. O'Hara also received two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, six Canadian Screen Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2018 she was recognized as an Officer of Canada. In 2020, she received the Governor General's Performing Arts Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Awards. O'Hara made her debut as an actress in 1974 as a member of The Second City in Toronto. With John Candy and Dan Aykroyd she was part of the main cast of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd started work in Second City Television's sketch comedy series (1976-1984). O'Hara received critical acclaim for her comedic acting and writing abilities and was awarded an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for the Variety Series in 1982. In 2022, O'Hara was added to the newly formed Second City artistic advisory board which was headed by Stephen Colbert, along with Steve Carell, Dwayne Colbert, Tina Fey, Keegan-Michael Key, Julia Louis-Dreyfus Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows, Peter Murrieta, Suzy Nakamura, Sam Richardson, Jeff Richmond, Jason Sudeikis, and Robin Thede.
